Shipping Policy

The following terms apply to all shipments made by Vivenda SAPI de CV within the Mexican Republic.  

Prices published on the site include shipping costs within the Mexican Republic; promotions from other media other than those presented on this site cannot be combined.  

The customer agrees to provide a valid, verifiable address within the Republic of Mexico where the order can be delivered. If the customer provides an address that the shipping company cannot locate, any additional costs will be the customer's responsibility.  

All shipments made by Vivenda They are perfectly packaged. In the event that your order is delivered with physical damage caused by the courier, you should add a note when signing the delivery receipt to the courier indicating that the package shows signs of mishandling (open, dented, punctured, wet box, etc.). Without this note, you are accepting the package in good condition. If you are not allowed to make a note on the delivery receipt, you should NOT accept the package.

If you suspect that the box being delivered by the courier service employee does not contain what you ordered, you should report it to us immediately so we can clarify your order.  

Once you or someone at the delivery address has received the package, you have 24 hours to report any anomalies such as physical damage or missing items in your order. After this period, no changes or claims will be accepted.  

Our product delivery area is within the states of the Mexican Republic. We deliver to all locations covered by our partner courier companies. Delivery times are entirely dependent on courier services, weather conditions, and any risk factors in each region.  

We cannot process orders with incomplete delivery addresses, nor with special agreements from other courier companies with whom we do not have an agreement.  

  • Ground Shipping  

Ground shipping is handled by the courier companies Estafeta or Paquetexpress. The courier is selected . based on the delivery address and in accordance with the agreements established with said courier company.  

Once your order has been processed , it will We will ship no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday), and your products should arrive at their destination within 1 to 5 days.  

IMPORTANT:  

  • In some areas this delivery time may be 1 to 7 business days, you will have more information when your order is released.  
  • Not all postal codes qualify for shipping.  
  • If the order is not received at the address indicated after three visits by the parcel service , you will be contacted by phone and /or email; if you do not respond after three attempts, the product will be placed in the parcel service's OCURRE warehouse, and you will be responsible for collecting your order.  

The product delivery time begins when the order is released.  

The estimated delivery time will be provided to you upon completion of your order and will be confirmed via email and/or telephone.
