Exchange and Return Policy

Vivenda accepts exchanges and/or returns within a period of up to 30 calendar days after the purchase date.  

No product exchanges and/or returns will be processed without your proof of purchase.  

To validate any exchange and/or return, the product must be presented in optimal condition for sale, keeping the box and packaging.  

The customer may make a maximum of one exchange and/or return per purchase receipt within the 30-day period. Once this exchange and/or return has been requested, no further requests can be processed.  

No changes and/or returns are accepted when:  

  • The product is dirty, faded, or intentionally or accidentally dyed.  
  • The product was used incorrectly .  
  • The product appears worn or shows evidence of use .  
  • The product appears damaged or altered, intentionally or accidentally.  

Changes  

The customer may request a change of size, model or both, of any product and may do so for the total amount of their purchase, or:  

  1. a) If the exchange is for a lower-priced product(s), the customer may make up the difference by adding an accessory so as not to lose the remaining amount. Cash refunds are not available for any remaining balance resulting from the exchange.
  2. b) If the exchange is for a higher-priced product(s), the customer must pay the missing amount.

Returns  

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be given for purchases made with a credit/debit card, nor vice versa.
